Commissioned to create the lobby art through SAGE for the first LGBTQ+ residency in the U.S. Residents are welcomed by the lobby art and directed to "follow the rainbow" to their new apartments. The rainbow was created from a photo of a pride flag and is meant to create a feeling of familiarity and warmth for the residents, some of whom participated in the infamous Stonewall riots.
